SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2024
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2024 in September-October. The exact dates will be announced soon. The CGL examination opens doors for candidates in various government departments and ministries.
Pay Scale: There are 4 pay scales under the SSC CGL 2024:
- Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 to ₹81,100)
- Pay Level-5 (₹29,200 to ₹92,300)
- Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400)
- Pay Level-7 (₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400)
The minimum educational qualification required for SSC CGL is a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute. However, specific posts may have additional educational qualifications.

SSC Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination in October-November. The exact dates will be announced soon. SSC is conducting the recruitment drive to fill 8,326 MTS and Havaldar positions.
Pay Scale: The selected candidates are expected to receive an SSC MTS salary in the range of Rs 24,000 to Rs 28,000 per month, depending on the city (X, Y, and Z).

SSC Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, and Senior Hindi Translator Examination in October-November. The exact examination dates will be announced soon. SSC will also release the official notification for the same on its official website shortly.
Pay Scale: According to last year’s official notification, the pay scale is as follows:
- Junior Translation Officer (JTO) in Central Secretariat Official Language Service (CSOLS): Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400)
- Junior Translation Officer (JTO) in Armed Forces Headquarters (AFHQ): Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400)
- Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) / Junior Translation Officer (JTO) / Junior Translator (JT) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400)
- Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) / Senior Translator (ST) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400)

SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination in October-November. Through this examination, candidates will be able to secure jobs in various ministries, departments, and organizations of the Government of India.
Pay Scale: This is the expected pay scale for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’:
- Candidates who will come under Group ‘B’ of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ with a grade pay of Rs 4600 are expected to get Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400.
- Candidates who will come under Group ‘B’ of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ with a grade pay of Rs 4200 are expected to get Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.
- Candidates who will come under Group ‘B’ of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ are expected to get Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100.

UPSC NDA NA examination 2
The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the UPSC NDA, NA examination 2 on September 1, 2024. For the second season, there are a total of 404 vacancies: 370 for NDA and 34 for NA.
Pay scale: After clearing the examination, selected candidates undergo a training period lasting for 4 years. Upon completion of the training period, candidates can receive salaries ranging between Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 initially. However, this is just the initial level salary. As candidates’ ranks rise, their salary brackets will also increase.

UPSC Civil Service Mains Examination
The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the UPSC Civil Service Mains Examination from September 20 onwards. Candidates who have qualified the preliminary examination will appear for the main examination. Through the Civil Services Examination (CSE), UPSC recruits candidates for several Central and All India Civil Service posts in different departments such as Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), etc.
Pay Scale: Candidates falling under Group A Services are expected to have a pay scale ranging between INR 56,100 to INR 2,50,000. Similarly, candidates falling under Group B Services are also expected to have a pay scale ranging between INR 56,100 to INR 2,50,000.

UPSC Indian Forest Service Mains Examination
The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the UPSC Indian Forest Service Mains Examination from November 23 onwards. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear for the mains examination.
Pay Scale: Candidates in the junior scale are expected to have a pay scale between Rs 38,000 to Rs 44,000, while candidates in the senior scale are expected to have a pay scale between Rs 55,000 to Rs 60,000.

Indian Post Office GDS recruitment
The Department of Posts, under the Ministry of Communications, has started the online registration process for the recruitment drive for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS), Branch Post Masters (BPM), and Assistant Branch Post Masters (ABPM). Candidates can apply until August 5, 2024. The examination date for the GDS recruitment will be announced soon. Through this recruitment drive, the Department of Posts aims to fill up 44,228 vacancies.
Pay scale: Candidates selected for the post of GDS/ABPM are expected to receive a salary of Rs 10,000, and candidates selected for the post of BPM are expected to receive Rs 12,000.

Indian Bank Apprentice recruitment
The Indian Bank has started the registration process for the post of Apprentice. The bank is conducting this recruitment drive to fill a total of 1,500 vacancies. The examination dates will be announced soon.
Pay Scale: Candidates selected as Apprentices are expected to receive a stipend of Rs 15,000 in Urban Banks, while candidates selected for Semi-Urban banks are expected to receive a stipend of Rs 12,000. Furthermore, the duration of the program will be 12 months.

IBPS Clerk recruitment
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has started the online application process for Clerk 2024 (CRP Clerks XIV). The bank is conducting a recruitment drive to fill a total of 6,128 vacancies. The preliminary examination will be conducted on August 24, 25, and 31, 2024, while the mains examination is scheduled for October 13, 2024.
Pay Scale: According to the information provided, the initial salary package for IBPS Clerk ranges between Rs 28,000 to Rs 30,000 per month.
